Spiritual Guidance & Resources To Support You During The Current Health Scare 

 

I know everyone in our spiritual community is feeling anxious and fearful about the current health scare that’s going on right now, and I’m just checking in to let you know, we’re here for you – you can count on us to show up for you during this difficult time. We will continue to provide the resources you need to move forward spiritually despite the stress​, but we’ll be making some changes in order to serve you better, so read below for the details.

In this article I’ll be giving you some guidance on how to manage this challenging time from a spiritual and energetic standpoint to help you stay calm, centered and balanced.

I wanted to reach out with a list of some free and paid resources that might be of help to you right now to make sure that you have everything you need, which I’ll list in a moment, but first, here is our guidance on how to energetically cope and stay emotionally resilient during this difficult time.

 

Guidelines On How To Cope With The Current Health Scare From A Spiritual Standpoint

 

1: Take good care of your physical health.

Ensure that you are eating nutritious foods, drinking plenty of water, taking vitamin supplements and exercising to maintain your physical well being and increase your resilience. This is a great time to try out some plant based nutrition with cupboard staples like lentils or chickpeas! And FYI, plant based foods will heighten your vibration too.

2: Stay calm to improve immune system function.

Fear, panic and stress trigger the body’s fight or flight survival response, which lowers the body’s immune system. It’s absolutely natural to feel this way, so if you’re already worried, don’t panic over the fact that you’ve already been panicking, just commit to some simple self care daily to self regulate and promote inner stability and peacefulness, which will help to keep you out of the fight or flight response, and assist your immunity to function at its best.

My recommendations to do this are:

  • Meditation 
  • Grounding
  • EFT Tapping (a simple energy healing modality that unblocks your energy, releases negative emotion and turns your stress response down)

The more often you do these things, the calmer your system will be, keeping your immune system strong and less likely to get triggered in the first place. Don’t worry – we have resources to help with all of these.

3: Align with positive thoughts.

I know it’s not easy, but with so much fearful energy in the global consciousness right now, we unintentionally tune into it every time we focus on our health fears. It doesn’t mean that we need to ignore them, we can acknowledge the reality and be aware, taking proper self care and following the health care guidelines of our local area, but then choose to realign with the positive. Use this time watch funny movies, read a good book, journal or learn something new.

Are you unintentionally tuning into fearful global consciousness? A good way to tell is if you’re feeling anxious, worried or panicked, getting ‘phantom’ flu like symptoms (that aren’t really there, they’re just triggered by anxiety) or feeling overly paranoid.

NOTE: It is vital that you take full responsibility for the physical body DESPITE what is going on for you spiritually right now. So, even if you experience symptoms and aren’t sure if they are due to awakening, energy or tuning into the global fear consciousness, treat the symptoms as you would if you were certain and follow the health care guidelines of your local area. There’s nothing to lose in taking precautions.

4: Maintain good energetic health.

It’s been known for centuries that our energetic health can impact our physical health. Often a blocked chakra or absorbing too much negativity can weaken our energies, causing imbalances that can sometimes result in physical health complaints. That’s not to say that we can safeguard against a virus, but it does mean that from an energetic standpoint we are keeping our spirits as resilient and balanced as possible, strengthening our overall holistic health, and the flow of energy around our bodies, which is all we really can do right now.

Again, you can do this with meditation, grounding and energy healing (don’t worry, we have lots of free and paid resources to help with that, which I’ll list in a moment).

 

In Summary

All you can do is take the best self care and precautions possible, go within, trust that you are being guided by the Universe, that your angels and Guides are there supporting you right now, and ask for signs of comfort and guidance if needed.
