Energy Downloads: The Key To Easing Spiritual Awakening Difficulty (Fast)

To be honest, when my awakening kicked into high gear, back in 2012, I felt completely jaded. Spiritual awakening had been sold to me as a blissful, rewarding experience – a shift of instant enlightenment where the burdens and strains of 3D life would lift, and a new, lighter reality and sense of peace would come to pass.
Unfortunately, it didn’t. Instead, I felt really lonely and messed up – trying my best to keep my head above constantly shifting emotional waters that threatened to be so overwhelming, they’d engulf me. To make matters worse, there was no one I could talk to about the weird changes that were happening, and I was secretly worried that I might have actually lost my mind in the process.
Then I went even further inward. What was wrong with me? Why were others going through awakening; gaining wisdom, unlocking their spiritual and intuitive gifts, aligning with their purpose and abundance, and finding their soul mate, when I was working harder than ever just to get through one day at a time? (I’ll bet you can relate!).
And the truth is, you can relate because this is the reality of the spiritual awakening process of tempering the soul. We get sort of melted down, reshaped and fortified in the process, and whoa, is it one bumpy ride!
Adjusting Our Awakening Expectations (to be kinder to ourselves!)
The good news is, if you’re finding your spiritual awakening to be incredibly challenging, you’re probably doing it right.
Social media highlight reels of spiritual gurus in white cotton clothing in a state of perpetual bliss has done us all a terrible disservice in our expectations of enlightenment, because its not accurate to the authentic experience at all.
But, the even better news is, while this is a normal experience of awakening, you don’t have to put up with it – you don’t need to continue struggling against such an overwhelming force. There is a way to transform your awakening experience and bring balance to the process.
And since lack of clarity and truth about awakening has already caused us so many problems, I’m going to be entirely real with you…

- It won’t cause instant enlightenment.
- It can’t do all the work for you.
Good, so we’re realistic about what this can’t do. So let’s talk about what it can…
- This secret can fully ground your energies (even if you’ve never been able to get, or stay grounded at all throughout your awakening experience).
- This secret can calm the intensity of your Kundalini (the shocking force that becomes overwhelmingly activated when awakening begins, causing anxiety and shaking the entire system to its very core).
- This secret can clear energetic congestion (the unconscious build up that most going through awakening are entirely unaware of, but that causes the awful ‘pressure cooker’ sensation).
- This secret can teach your energies how to not only handle the awakening process, but thrive throughout it (this is the real relief that it can bring in stabilising your energy – showing your system how to manage the heightened energies of further levels of awakening, new and full moons, energy upgrades and activations etc) so that stability becomes not fleeting, but solidly foundational.

Energy downloads.
What Are Energy Downloads (and how can they bring relief to your awakening experience?)
An energy download is where we channel an energy or teaching that you don’t currently have, directly into your energy field.
Just like downloading an app to your computer gives it more capabilities than before, an energy download shows your energy how to do something, or instills a new, positive feeling – just imagine the possibilities of how this can support the awakening process!
For example, imagine receiving:
- An energy download to teach your system how to stay grounded – specifically to support your newly awakened energies (and through any lunar shifts, mercury retrograde, solar flares – you name it!).

How Do Energy Downloads Work?
There are a few key steps to performing energy downloads – here’s how it goes.
The Receptive State: Firstly, and most importantly are the foundations. I bring myself into a Theta brainwave (a state of connection with our Beautiful Benevolent Guides). When I began years ago, this took considerable time in meditating slowly down through the levels to reach this intuitive state – now, thankfully, I’ve been doing this so long that you’ll actively see me in some of our videos or in session, accessing this state in seconds.
It’s important to note that in bringing myself into this state, it also brings the recipient into this relaxed, receptive state too, where I can receive directly from the Guides, and the recipient can then absorb through the channeling too.
The Request: Next, I ask our Beautiful Benevolent Guides for what the recipient’s energy specifically needs, and I channel the energy directly as the Guides graciously download the energy into their auric field. The Guides are always there to facilitate our awakening experience, and bring as much ease to it as possible. If the request needs to be adjusted to someones unique energies, they’ll advise me so, allowing me to tailor it uniquely to the recipient to be as effective as possible.
I’ve never known the Guides to flat out decline a request, although they may occasionally adjust it to suit the recipients highest and best good. So long as it is positive and for the good of all involved, they are more than happy to help us.
Integration: Lastly, just as in genesis by observation, the instant upgrade must be witnessed in order to come into our conscious reality. I intuitively ‘watch’ as the energy is fully accepted by the recipients system and the energetic pathways are rewired, which takes just a few seconds. Its very interesting that often the recipient will unconsciously yawn or sigh when the energies integrate as they release the old and absorb the new.
This last piece is of utmost importance because it actively shifts the recipient’s point of attraction. After all, you can’t manifest through ‘like attracts like’ if there is nothing of the positive vibration in your field to be a vibrational match to (and especially if you’ve never experienced it before). Attracting new, more positive experiences into your life becomes easy when you naturally hold the vibrations of your desired outcome in your field due to energy downloads.
