3 Steps to Cleansing Your Aura
Your aura is full of stress and negativity absorbed by the world around you.
But, stress not, because as always, we have a simple step by step approach to help you cleanse your aura easily.
In today’s world, it is essential to maintain a clean aura. With all of the negativity floating around us and stress impacting everyone negatively, we need to follow the steps below to keep our positive auras intact.
STEP 1 – Identify the root cause of why you might feel out of balance
This could be as simple as what you are eating if you suffer from low energy. It could also be from someone around you who is putting out negative vibes or not taking care of yourself. It is important to pay attention to how you feel when interacting with others and in different environments. If you notice a change in your mood or feelings, take note of the situation to avoid it in the future.
STEP 2 – Cleanse your aura through meditation
Meditation is one of the easiest ways to cleanse the aura, clear your mind and raise your vibration. It has long-lasting benefits too. Extensive medical research increasingly points to an undeniable link between our minds and bodies, proving that negative, suppressed thoughts and emotions are toxic to our overall well-being, causing several stress induced physical illnesses and diseases. STEP 3 – Protect your aura
Once you have cleansed your aura, you need to protect it from negative energy. One way to protect yourself is to surround yourself with more positive people than negative ones. Find positive people who always have a smile to offer and have kind souls. These people can help offset negativity in your aura.
