It feels like I’m on an emotional roller-coaster, unable to find peace. Never - I just ignore my emotions until they go away. Often - It’s tough feeling so sensitive. Rarely - I’m much more centered now.

Do you believe you are guided by a higher force through signs & synchronicities from the Universe? I’ve had some signs, but would love to get more for certainty. I’ve experienced some pretty awesome signs & guidance and I trust the Universe to lead me to where I need to be. I don’t believe in that.

I spend hours or even days fretting about inner peace I have to make a concerted effort and focus to keep calm thoughts I use calming music/ deep breathing/ essential oils etc to maintain my inner peace I accept the changes in life and maintain my inner peace easily
